Ford escape shudder problem

2013 Escape Problems. We are thinking about purchasing a 2013 Titanium Escape. I've read on several forums about a lot of problems with vibrations,rattles,dash problems related to the heat vent, etc... It seems that the dealerships are stumped on several issues and the owners lose use of their vehicles for multiple days or weeks.
